Founding offer for our first three fence companies: nothing paid until your first quote request. Details

Homeowners see your price before they call.

They trace their fence on a satellite map and get your price in about a minute. You get the address, footage and phone number. We set it up and run it for you.

Scan to try it on your phone, with any address.

Sample company and prices. No request is sent to anyone.

Homeowners want a number before they book a visit. A contact form makes them wait for one.

TraceQuote gives them a price range in about a minute, on your website and under your name. The measures you book start with a homeowner who has already seen your price.

How homeowners use it

Four steps on your website. No account, no waiting for a callback.

  1. 1

    Find the house

They type their address and the satellite view zooms to their roof.

  2. 2

    Trace the fence

They tap the corners. The footage adds up as they go, with gates and old-fence removal.

  3. 3

    Compare your prices

Every fence type you install, priced from your sheet, with heights, colors and a monthly estimate.

  4. 4

    Send you the job

To get the itemized quote or book your free measure, they leave their name, email and mobile number.

Yard hidden by trees, or too new for the satellite photo? They type a rough length instead, and the request is marked so you know to measure before quoting.

What lands in your inbox

Every request reads like a work order, not a “please call me” note. It arrives the moment the homeowner sends it.

  • The subject line sorts it for youWho, where, what they picked and the price they saw, before you open it.
  • Reply goes to the homeownerAnswer from your phone and you’re talking to them, not to a form.
  • You see the job before you driveA satellite picture of the fence they traced, plus a link for directions.

Questions

Do homeowners have to give their contact details to see a price?

No. They see prices for every fence type right away. To get the itemized quote or book your free measure, they enter their name, email and mobile number. That’s when the request comes to you.

Will homeowners see my price sheet?

They see a range for their own project, not your sheet. If you’d rather, they can see only a starting price, or no price at all and ask you for it. Every quote says the final price is confirmed after you measure on site.

How is the price worked out?

The traced length, minus gate openings, times your price per foot for the fence type and height they pick. Then your gate prices, old-fence removal if they ask for it, and your minimum job. It’s always a range, rounded to the nearest $50.

How accurate is the satellite measurement?

Close enough for a budget range. Trees, slopes, property lines and permits can change the real job, which is why every quote is a range and your on-site measure sets the final price.

What if the satellite photo doesn’t show the yard?

Homeowners can type their address and a rough length instead. Those requests are marked as typed in, so you know to measure before you quote.

Do I need new software or a new website?

No. We add the quote page to the website you have, or give you a link you can share on Google, Facebook and in texts. Requests come to your email.

How is this different from Angi or HomeAdvisor?

Lead marketplaces often sell the same homeowner’s request to several companies, and you pay for each lead. TraceQuote runs on your own website at one flat monthly price. The request isn’t sold to other fence companies, and it doesn’t cost more when more homeowners send one.

How fast do requests reach me?

By email, the moment the homeowner sends one. The subject line tells you who it is, where the job is and what they picked.

Can I change my prices later?

Yes. Send us the new numbers and we update your page.

Who owns the requests homeowners send?

You do. We store them for you, deliver them to you, and use them only to run and improve TraceQuote. We don’t sell them or pass them to other fence companies. On the founding offer, you agree that we can share your results, such as your company name and how many requests your page received. We never share homeowners’ personal details.

How do I cancel?

Email hello@gettracequote.com any time. Month to month, billing stops at the end of the current month. On a 12-month plan, cancelling in the first 12 months makes the $499 setup due. A yearly plan stops renewing, with no refund of the unused part except under the guarantee. The founding offer has no cancellation fee. When service ends, we take your page down, and you can ask for a copy of your requests within 30 days. The customer agreement has the details.

What does it cost?

The quote page is $149 a month. Month to month, there’s a one-time $499 setup. On a 12-month plan there’s no setup fee, and if you cancel in the first 12 months the $499 setup is due. Or pay $1,490 a year up front, also with no setup fee. With Google Ads management it’s $799 a month plus setup, and your ad budget is billed to you by Google. Our first three fence companies pay no setup fee and nothing until their first quote request comes in, then $149 a month, locked in.

What if no requests come in?

On a paid plan, you get your money back. Once your page is live, with the button on your homepage and the link on your Google Business Profile, if no homeowner sends a quote request within 60 days, we refund everything you’ve paid and you can cancel with nothing more owed. On the founding offer you pay nothing until your first request comes in, so there is nothing to refund.

Do you work with trades besides fencing?

We start with fencing. If you also install pavers, turf or screen enclosures, mention it on the call.
